 Zuppa di pesce: tomato, saffron white wine, fennel, fresh fish and shellfish

Vitello tonnato: thinly sliced roast veal carpaccio with a savory and spicy tuna mayonnaise

Shrimp "scampi": New York style garlic butter prawns on grilled bread crostini

Asparagi alla parmigiana: grilled asparagus and mushrooms, Tuscan olive oil and aged balsamico, shaved reggiano parmesan

 First Course

Ravioli di zucca: pumpkin ravioli, brown butter, fresh sage, toasted pecans

Pappardelle alla cacciatora: handmade pappardelle with a rich braised rabbit gravy

Spaghetti Calabrese: spaghetti with mussels, spicy sausage, tomato, garlic, parsley, green chillies

Fettucine tartufo: truffle flavored fettucine with mushroom sauce

Main Course

Costolette alla valdostana: milk fed veal chop with Parma ham and melted fontina cheese

Tonno alla griglia: chargrilled bigeye tuna, San Marzano tomato fonduta, fregola sarda, grilled calamari, aquapazza

Pulcino alla diavola: crispy skin roasted baby chicken with a spicy black pepper, lemon and garlic sauce

 Brasato al barolo: Angus beef shortrib braised slowly in red wine, tomato and herbs; saffron and parmesan risotto
