Owned and operated by the chef and business partner team of Andrey Durbach and Chris Stewart, L’Altro Buca is also an extension of the original La Buca in Kitsilano. Costolette alla valdostana: milk fed veal chop with Parma ham and melted fontina cheese
Tonno alla griglia: chargrilled bigeye tuna, San Marzano tomato fonduta, fregola sarda, grilled calamari, aquapazza
Pulcino alla diavola: crispy skin roasted baby chicken with a spicy black pepper, lemon and garlic sauce
