Q4 opened in 1994 to unanimous critical acclaim and the awards continue. Year after year being recognized with an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Located in the heart of Kitsilano, Q4 embraces the senses with a dazzling array of colour and texture.

Crimson washed walls, rustic wrought iron chandeliers and candlelight cast a glow upon rich mahogany tables and a beautiful hand painted floor. At the heart of the Q4 experience is exceptional cuisine from Central Italy prepared by executive chef, Bradford Ellis.

Radicchio Bocconcini

grilled fresh mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto in a cherry vinaigrette

Insalata Rucola

baby local arugula salad with crumpled goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette

  Calamari Ponza

grilled calamari steak with braised garlic, ground cerignola olives in a spicy tomato caper ragout

Bresaola

thinly sliced air dried beef tenderloin with arugula, shaved parmigiano reggiano and white truffle essence

fettuccine with wild mushrooms, shaved parmigiano reggiano and truffle oil in a light porcini cream

mixed shellfish and local seafood cioppino in saffron white wine brodo with grilled Italian crostini

   Vitello Osso Bucco

braised veal shank in a red wine succo served with creamy herb polenta

   Bistecca

grilled New York striploin with riviera herb infused extra virgin olive oil, served with housemade gnocchi
