Delfini of the University of Milan, School of Law teaches and researches in the field of contract law, EU private law, E-commerce, financial market contracts and sport law. He has served as an arbitrator for the National Commission for Corporations and la Borsa in Milano, the public authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market.
