\u00a0The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West will host\u00a0a unique event on June, 22nd 2017<\/b> to celebrate the Italian Heritage Month.<\/span><\/p>\n

Top chefs\u00a0Pino Posteraro\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0Angus An<\/a><\/span><\/b>\u00a0will showcase their talents and creativity preparing and presenting their signature dishes using a set of selected authentic PDO (<\/b>Protected Designation of Origin)<\/b><\/span> and PGI (<\/b>Protected Geographical Indication)<\/b><\/span> labeled Italian products.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Our guests will enjoy a night full of surprises, a silent auction of exclusive Italian products and design items<\/b>, as well as a superior Italian culinary experience!<\/span><\/p>\n

The schedule of the event <\/b>is as follows:<\/span><\/h4>\n
