They will then choose between either or both options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creative food wine pairing of Emilia Romagna and an item in your existing menu\u00a0(we encourage pairing with locally sourced meal\/wine)<\/li>\n<li>Showcase your talent by coming up with your own recipe based on authentic Emilia Romagna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your True <em><i>Emilia Romagna<\/i><\/em>\u00a0special Item(s) should be offered to your diners from May 13th to June 8th, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>We will be promoting your restaurants to our network of foodies and foodie influencers and encouraging them to share photos of your meal on social media.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong><b>How to Participate<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To participate you must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fill up the application Form (before May 8<sup>th<\/sup>): \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/RestaurantApplication\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/RestaurantApplication<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Be an existing member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West or <em><i>willing to become a member<\/i><\/em>( $550+ tax.
