Study Design In Italy

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West is the official representative for Domus Academy, Naba (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) and Istituto Marangoni in Canada for their extensive offer of courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as continuing studies for design and fashion Canadian professionals.

NABA

Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an international Academy focusing on arts and design. It is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), back in 1981.

Istituto Marangoni

Istituto Marangoni was founded by Giulio Marangoni in 1935 the Istituto, and never stopped believing in the value of training, constantly updating its programs to ensure they are in line with Italian and international market needs.

Domus Academy

Domus Academy  is a place where designers of the future can experience an open and cross-disciplinary environment. Students work with the most outstanding and visionary companies.

Seminars, Events And Masterclasses

The ICCBC organizes periodically educational events, seminars, webinars and masterclasses on Italian Design and Fashion.

Italian Design Days

Every year in March and October, ICCBC promotes a series of events called “Italian Design Days”. During this 2-week event, professionals and consumers have access to a wide range of initiatives, such as: open houses in main Italian brands showrooms in Vancouver; online webinars; masterclasses; cocktail receptions.

The most recent Italian Design Days saw the participation of Arch. Francesco Fresa of Piuarch; Arch. Stefano Pujatti of ELASTICOSPA; Studio Boeri and its visionary “Vertical Forest” development; Marina Baracs of LTW Design Works.
