The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West runs several dedicated programs to educate Canadian Consumers about the characteristics of the Authentic and True Italian Taste and to celebrate and advance the appreciation for Italian Wines.

The ICCBC runs several programs to educate the Canadian consumers about the characteristics of authentic Italian food products, and to raise awareness of the Canadian professionals towards the European agri-food certification framework, and the European PDO and PGI trademarks, as well as to develop and strengthen the presence of Italian quality products in the Western Canadian market.

The project True Italian Taste is promoted and financed by the Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West and Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, to enhance and safeguard the authentic Italian food product.
