The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West, in cooperation with the Consulate General of Italy, is hosting a unique event on June, 22nd 2017 to celebrate the Italian Heritage Month.
Top Vancouver chefs Pino Posteraro and Angus An, hosted by resident chef Nathan Brown will prepare live their signature dishes using a set of selected authentic Italian products especially flown for the event!
Celebrate the Italian Heritage Month with a superior Italian culinary experience including: an open-bar wine reception featuring premium Italian wines, appetizers, and a 6-course dinner!
Enjoy a night full of surprises, door prizes and a silent auction with Made in Italy products and design items!

Silent Auction Prizes
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada–West (ICCC) has operated since 1992 as a private, non-profit, membership organization.
Our generous members will donate some unique Made in Italy design items, gift certificates for local Italian restaurants, food and wine baskets and much more! The proceeds of the auction will help us pursuing our mandate of promoting and enhancing business, trade and investment exchanges between Italy and Western Canada, and to educate the Canadian consumers about the characteristics of authentic Italian agri-food products.

Gourmicious Platform
Gourmicious is a by-invitation platform dedicated to “Private Gourmet” dining experiences that are culturally authentic, and fused with music, art, wine, or social dialogue. To celebrate its launch, attending guests of Italian Chef-Competition can sign up in the foyer of the event to receive an invitation-code and get access to this private networking and dining platform!
