Come and join Master Chefs from Italy with their expertise and craft,
weaving together CULTURAL HISTORY, TRADITION, and of course… FOOD!

Pizza, Bread, and Italian Pastry (CUIS 1157)

Italian Wine and Food Pairing (CUIS 1159)
October 10 (6-9PM)
Gourmet Gelato (CUIS 1158)

In each workshop you will:
– Experience, first-hand, the preparation of fine Italian cuisine
– Prepare and sample delicacies from various regions of Italy
– Learn how to recognize and use authentic Italian DOP and IGP products
– Learn about typical dishes from various regions of Italy
– Receive a Certificate of Completion
