Learn the techniques and experience yourself  the preparation of an authentic pizza, from the dough to the oven.

Learn about the best grapes to complement your favourite Italian dish

– Experience, first-hand, the preparation of fine Italian cuisine
– Prepare and sample delicacies from various regions of Italy
– Learn how to recognize and use authentic Italian DOP and IGP products
– Learn about typical dishes from various regions of Italy
– Receive a Certificate of Completion
