MASTERCLASS on Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West, within the program “Extraordinary Italian Taste” in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Assocamerestero and  Domenica Fiore,  is pleased to offer you an unique masterclass to unveil the secrets behind one of the main  components of the Mediterranean diet: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Chef Pino Posteraro (Cioppino’s Restaurant) and Anna McRae (Registered Dietitian) will guide you through the discovery of all nutritive properties, use and production processes of EVOO and provide you with the opportunity for an exclusive tasting!

Light refreshments will follow.

The Masterclass is free to attend for food professionals namely importers, distributors, retailers, chefs, nutritionists  as well as  ICCBC members.
