Masterclasses on Italian PDO and PGI products (Vancouver, November 22nd-23rd)
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAECI) in close cooperation with the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (MIPAAF) has launched the “First Week of Italian Cuisine in the world’’, an initiative realized with the collaboration of all public and private stakeholders who have, in various ways, represented top level Italian cuisine and Italy in the world. The event intends to provide continuity to the themes successfully developed by Expo Milano 2015 and by the Extraordinary Italian Taste project.
The initiative will take place from 21 to 27 November in 105 Countries with an agenda of more than 1,300 events including contests, conferences, tastings, thematic dinners, exhibitions on culinary themes and technical and scientific workshops.
In occasion of this week, we are glad to invite you to attend two interactive Masterclasses in order to learn about the nutritional benefits of using PDO and PGI products from Italy, and learn tasty, new recipes which we can share with you.
The Masterclasses is addressed to chefs, nutritionists, food professionals, journalists, bloggers and will be held on November, 22nd and 23rd (8.45AM-12.00PM) at the VCC – Vancouver Community College – Downtown Campus (250, West Pender St., Vancouver).
