THE EXTRAORDINARY ITALIAN TASTE – Masterclasses for food and hospitality professionals – Vancouver, November 22nd & 23rd, 2016

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West is glad to organize two masterclasses aimed at chefs, restaurateurs, food importers & distributors,  nutritionists, cooperating with the Italian Association of Geographical Indication Consortia (AICIG) and VCC – Vancouver Community College, Department of Culinary Arts.

Italy is the European country with the largest number of DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) food products recognized by the European Union. A demonstration of the excellent quality of our products and above all of the strong bond linking the Italian foods to their territory of origin.
