Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West will take place at 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday,  March 20th, 2019 in the Salt Spring Island Room, 12th Floor of 1075 W. Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC (please note this meeting room is located behind the 14-26 floor elevator bank) to transact the following Business:

   4. Election of Scrutineers, if ballot is required

   7. Introduction of new members of Board of Directors
